After the introduction of Haze plants to Europe (from Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and Jamaica), they were crossed with each other to obtain various hybrids. An American breeder living in Holland subsequently crossed one of these Haze hybrids with a male plant (obtained from Old School Haze). He crossed the resulting variety with an Afghan-Hawaiian hybrid to develop the Amnesia Haze variety, which has received a number of prestigious awards in various competitions in the past. Our feminized version of Amnesia Haze is a sweet Sativa that has a comfortable height, high yields and, thanks to its Afghan origin, blooms like an Indica.
To achieve maximum yields, these plants need more light and higher EC levels. Flowering time is longer, approximately 10 to 13 weeks, but the patient grower is rewarded with a top quality crop with exceptional flavor.
