The Critical variety is bred from mother plants growing in Afghanistan. In the genotype of all cannabis species that originate from this area, indica prevails, but to obtain a softer and deeper effect, breeders used two types of sativa in crossing - from Mexico and Colombia. The main lines that were used in the selection process were Skunk and Afghani. The resulting genetics proved to be stable and very popular. Breeders have made sure that regular Critical strains turn into autoflowering and feminized strains, which delight marijuana connoisseurs.
The high content of the indica genotype in the seeds explains the powerful effect of the use of marijuana, as well as the incredible unpretentiousness of the herb to climatic factors. The bushes are compact and exceptionally photophilous, the yield is decent. The latter is facilitated by the fact that feminized varieties prevail in genetics. Cannabis of this genetics thrives both indoors and outdoors.
The only threat to this plant is pathogenic fungi, which were not common in the mountains and cannabis plants have not developed immunity to them. Ukraine has a wetter climate than Afghanistan, so there is a risk of fungal diseases for this crop.

For the Critical variety, a characteristic feature is a high content of THC - about 20%. Interestingly, some varieties of the family have a much lower THC content and a high percentage of CBD in resins. As a rule, we are talking about hybrids in which there is a high percentage of ruderalis in genetics.
