Aptly nicknamed Lowryder for its modest traits (both literally and figuratively), this variety has been developed to be extremely fast growing (life cycle is 8 weeks from seed to bud), uniquely small in stature and amazing in variety. Lowryder is stable and reliable in its properties, being the product of nine generations of selective breeding, it is free from deviations and does not produce hermaphrodite plants.
Lowryder is allegedly a direct descendant of a high quality Williams Wonder and Indica variety called Northern Lights #2, as well as a more exotic, virtually unknown low variety believed to be a descendant of Mexican Ruderalis, an experimental hybrid created over 25 years ago. By moving directly from the seedling stage to the flowering stage, Lowryder has completely eliminated the vegetative growth stage in a process called self-flowering. In other words, when it is planted, it comes out, puts out a few leaves, then immediately and automatically begins to bloom (male plants - about the 17th day, female - on the 20th day). As a result, it is the most fast-flowering, compact and hardy plant available. Since it does not have a vegetative stage, Lowryder cannot be cloned or regenerated for any purpose.
Replanting the seeds is a must. But still, the unique advantages of this plant more than compensate for the impossibility of cloning. This is an ideal parent variety - some of its "offspring" have unique self-flowering properties. In addition to its unique characteristics, the look, taste and effect of a mature Lowryder plant is in no way inferior to the more refined “grass” varieties, making Lowryder an excellent variety with a powerful effect and good resin yield.
