We have launched a Loyalty Program that allows you to earn bonus points for your purchases and use them for future orders.

How does it work?

1. Register on the website

To participate in the Loyalty Program, you must have a registered account on our website.

2. Place an order

After your order is paid for, you will receive cashback equal to 10% of the purchase amount.

3. Wait 14 days

The bonus points will be credited to your bonus account 14 days after the order payment.

This period is established in accordance with consumer protection legislation and the possibility of returning goods within 14 days.

4. Use your bonuses

Accumulated bonus points can be used for future purchases to pay for strains from the manufacturer Errors Seeds.

10% from every purchase

For example, if your order total is 1000 UAH, after 14 days 100 bonus points will be credited to your bonus account, equivalent to 100 UAH in bonuses.

Most importantly, accumulated bonuses can be used to pay up to 100% of the order value of Errors Seeds strains.

For example, if you have accumulated 1000 UAH in bonuses in your bonus account, you can use them to fully pay for an Errors Seeds strains order worth 100 UAH.

More purchases — more bonuses

Every order helps you accumulate new bonuses. Over time, they can be used to fully or partially pay for future Errors Seeds orders.

Your purchases come back to you as bonuses that you can spend on your favorite strains.

Additional terms

During special promotions, sales and other promotional events, the Loyalty Program may be temporarily suspended. In such cases, bonus points for orders placed during the relevant promotion may not be credited, and the ability to use previously accumulated bonuses may be temporarily unavailable.

Information about the suspension of the Loyalty Program is published on the website before or at the time the relevant promotion begins.
