We have launched a Loyalty Program that allows you to earn bonus points on your purchases and use them for future orders.

How does it work?

1. Register on the website

To participate in the Loyalty Program, you must have a registered account on our website.

2. Place an order

After paying for your order, you will receive cashback equal to 10% of the purchase amount.

3. Wait 14 days

Bonus points will be credited to your bonus account 14 days after the order has been paid for.

This period is set in accordance with consumer protection legislation and the possibility of returning goods within 14 days.

4. Use your bonuses

Accumulated bonus points can be used for future purchases to pay for strains from the Errors Seeds breeder.

10% cashback on every purchase

For example, if your order total is UAH 1,000, after 14 days, 100 bonus points will be credited to your bonus account, equivalent to UAH 100 in bonuses.

Most importantly, accumulated bonuses can be used to pay up to 50% of the cost of an order containing Errors Seeds strains.

For example, if your Errors Seeds order totals UAH 1,000, you can use up to UAH 500 in accumulated bonuses and pay the remaining amount using another payment method.

More purchases — more bonuses

Every order helps you accumulate new bonuses. Over time, they can be used to partially pay for future Errors Seeds orders.

Your purchases come back to you as bonuses that you can spend on your favorite strains.

• The cashback rate is 10% of the paid order amount.
• The loyalty program does not apply to wholesale purchases.
• Bonus points are credited 14 days after the order has been paid for.
• Bonuses are unavailable for use until they have been credited.
• Bonuses can be used to pay up to 50% of the order value, but only when purchasing Errors Seeds strains.
• To earn and use bonuses, purchases must be made from an authorized account.
• 1 bonus point = UAH 1 in bonuses.
• Bonuses are not awarded for purchases paid for with bonuses.

Additional terms

During special promotions, sales, and other promotional events, the Loyalty Program may be temporarily suspended. In such cases, bonus points may not be awarded for orders placed during the relevant promotion, and the use of previously accumulated bonuses may be temporarily unavailable.

Information about the suspension of the Loyalty Program is published on the website before or at the time the relevant promotion begins.
